The actual arrival time depends on distance from our Lomita base and traffic — homes in Lomita itself frequently see a tech in under 15 minutes; Manhattan Beach and Torrance in 25–30; Long Beach and Culver City in 45–60. After-hours and weekend response typically runs at the longer end of that range because dispatch is coming from home rather than the shop, but we still hit target on the overwhelming majority of calls.
