Standard Water Heater Installation
Limited Time

Offer #1

Save $500 on a New Water Heater

Tank water heater installation including haul-away and earthquake strapping.

$1,800$2,300Save $500

Who This Is For

Homeowners with a 10+ year-old tank water heater showing rust at the base, leaks, chronic pilot-light failures, or running out of hot water faster than it used to.

What's Included

  • New 40 or 50 gallon tank water heater (your choice of brand)
  • Professional installation by a licensed C-36 plumber
  • Code-compliant earthquake strapping (required in CA)
  • Expansion tank installation if your home requires one
  • Haul-away and disposal of the old unit
  • Same-day install in most cases

If your existing tank water heater is more than 10 years old, you're past the average service life and the math has shifted: the cost of a surprise failure (water damage, emergency dispatch fees, hotel nights without hot water) almost always exceeds the cost of a planned replacement.

This special covers the most common South Bay swap — replacing an aging 40 or 50 gallon tank with a new high-efficiency unit, fully permitted, fully strapped to current California seismic code, and with the old unit hauled off the same day. We work with the brands homeowners actually want (AO Smith, Bradford White, Rheem) and we don't up-charge on the unit itself.

Why it matters in the South Bay specifically: most homes in Torrance, Lomita, Gardena, and the beach cities still have water heaters in garages or exterior closets where earthquake strapping codes have tightened repeatedly since 1990. Half the units we replace fail their final inspection on strapping alone if installed by a non-licensed contractor. We do this every week — your install passes the first time.

Fine print: Special applies to standard 40 or 50 gallon tank installations replacing an existing unit in an accessible location. Excludes gas line upgrades, electrical work beyond standard, larger custom capacities (75+ gal), and installations requiring relocation. Permit fees additional where required by city. Offer valid through 2026-08-08.

Tankless Water Heater Installation
Limited Time

Offer #2

Tankless Install — Starting at $3,800

Navien or Rinnai tankless installation by Level 5 factory-certified technicians.

Starting at $3,800$5,500–$6,500Save $1,700+

Who This Is For

Homeowners who run out of hot water with multiple showers running, anyone tired of replacing tanks every 10–12 years, and homes where freeing up garage or closet space matters.

What's Included

  • Navien or Rinnai tankless unit (model selected to match your demand)
  • Level 5 factory-certified technician install (warranty-compliant commissioning)
  • Gas line upsize when required by the unit's BTU rating
  • Dedicated stainless venting system
  • Removal of existing tank unit and disposal
  • Walkthrough of recirculation, app integration, and service intervals

A tankless water heater isn't a like-for-like swap with a tank — it's a different category of appliance. The unit is roughly the size of a briefcase, hangs on a wall, heats water on demand, and runs at 95%+ thermal efficiency vs. 60–70% for a conventional tank. Done right, it lasts 20+ years, cuts your hot-water energy bill 25–35%, and never runs out.

Done wrong, it's a service nightmare. The two ways tankless installs fail in the South Bay: undersized gas lines (the unit needs more BTU than a tank, and 90% of pre-2000 homes have ⅝" gas lines that need to be upgraded to ¾") and improper venting. Both will void the manufacturer's warranty.

We're Level 5 certified — the highest factory training tier — for both Navien and Rinnai. That means our installs ship with full manufacturer warranty intact, the gas line and venting are sized correctly for the specific model, and the commissioning data (gas pressure, flow rate, modulation) is documented and provided to you. The $3,800 starting price covers the most common conversion: replacing an existing 40–50 gal tank with a Navien NPE-A2 or equivalent Rinnai unit.

Fine print: Pricing starts at $3,800 for a standard tank-to-tankless conversion in an accessible garage or closet location with existing 4-ft gas service. Final price depends on unit selected and gas/venting requirements. Whole-home recirculation, exterior installations, and high-demand commercial-spec models priced separately. Offer valid through 2026-08-08.

Whole Home Water Filtration Installation
Limited Time

Offer #3

Whole Home Filtration — $2,800 Installed

Carbon + sediment filtration installed at your main water line.

$2,800$5,000+Save over $2,200

Who This Is For

Homes with hard water (most of the South Bay), chlorine taste, sediment in faucet aerators, or families wanting cleaner water at every fixture without buying bottled water.

What's Included

  • High-capacity sediment pre-filter (catches grit, rust, sand)
  • Carbon filtration stage (removes chlorine, chloramines, taste, odor)
  • Installation at the main water line (every fixture downstream is filtered)
  • Plumbing modifications and bypass valves
  • System commissioning and pressure test
  • Customer walkthrough on filter-change intervals

South Bay water comes primarily from the Metropolitan Water District — chloraminated, moderately hard, and with measurable levels of taste-and-odor compounds. None of it is unsafe. All of it is unpleasant if you drink unfiltered tap water or shower in highly-chlorinated water for years.

A whole-home filtration system installs at your main water line, which means every fixture in the house is filtered: kitchen tap, showers, washing machine, ice maker, every bathroom. You stop buying bottled water, your fixtures stop scaling as fast, and your skin stops drying out from chlorinated showers.

$2,800 covers the standard two-stage system (sediment + carbon) which handles 95% of South Bay water complaints. If you have specific issues — fluoride concerns, lead testing positive, well water — we'll spec a different system and price it accordingly. The installation itself takes 4–6 hours and we handle all the plumbing modifications including code-compliant bypass valves so a future filter swap doesn't require shutting your water off.

Fine print: Pricing covers the standard two-stage carbon + sediment system installed at the main water line in an accessible location with existing copper or PEX service. Reverse osmosis, UV sterilization, and softener add-ons priced separately. Annual filter replacement is the homeowner's responsibility (we sell replacement cartridges at cost). Offer valid through 2026-08-08.

Residential Hydrojetting
Limited Time

Offer #4

Residential Hydro-Jet — $500 (Save $150)

Full-line hydro-jet for residential drains, including pre/post camera inspection.

$500$650Save $150

Who This Is For

Homes with recurring slow drains, grease buildup in kitchen lines, root intrusion in older sewer laterals, or homeowners doing preventive maintenance after a real estate purchase.

What's Included

  • HD camera pre-inspection of the line (we show you the problem)
  • Hydro-jet at 3,500–4,000 PSI through the full lateral
  • Removal of grease, sediment, root masses, and scale
  • HD camera post-inspection (we show you the result)
  • Recommended maintenance interval based on what we find

A snake (the rotating cable plumbers traditionally use) cuts a hole through an obstruction. A hydro-jet cleans the entire pipe wall. The difference matters because the things that actually cause recurring blockages — grease, sediment, root hairs, and biofilm — are still there after a snake. They just have a hole in them. Two months later, the line is full again.

Hydro-jetting at 3,500–4,000 PSI strips the pipe wall back to the original interior diameter. Grease lifts off. Root hairs shred and flush. Sediment liquefies. The line drains the way it did the day it was installed. For homes that snake their main line every 6–12 months on a recurring basis, one hydro-jet usually gets you 3–5 years of clean drains.

We bracket every job with HD camera inspections — before and after — so you can see what was in there and what isn't anymore. The pre-inspection also tells us if the line has structural damage that hydro-jet won't fix (a collapsed section, separated joint, or full root intrusion through a crack) — in which case we stop, show you the footage, and quote the structural repair instead of jetting a line that's going to fail anyway.

Fine print: Pricing covers a single residential lateral up to 100 ft from an accessible cleanout. Multi-line jobs, kitchen line jets, and commercial properties priced separately. If pre-inspection reveals structural damage requiring repair (not cleaning), the camera fee credits toward repair work. Offer valid through 2026-08-08.

Whole Home Multipoint Plumbing Inspection
Limited Time

Offer #5

Whole-Home Plumbing Inspection

Complete diagnostic — every fixture, every shutoff, every line.

Contact for pricing

Who This Is For

Pre-purchase home inspections, pre-listing sellers who want to fix issues before they show up on a buyer's report, landlords doing periodic property checks, and homeowners who want a full system audit before a remodel.

What's Included

  • Inspection of every fixture (sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, washer/dryer connections)
  • Pressure test on the main supply line
  • Camera inspection of the main sewer lateral
  • Water heater age/condition check + safety verification
  • Gas line leak test at every visible connection
  • Identification of every shutoff valve and labeling guide
  • Written report with photos and prioritized repair recommendations

Most plumbing problems are found AFTER they cause damage — the slow leak you didn't know about, the pipe corroding behind the wall, the shutoff valve seized in the open position. A multipoint inspection finds them before they become an emergency.

We use this service most often for buyers in escrow (especially in older South Bay neighborhoods where the housing stock predates modern plumbing codes), for sellers who want to clear up issues before they show up on a buyer's inspection report, and for landlords with multiple properties who need standardized condition reports.

Pricing depends on home size, number of fixtures, and access (single-story vs. multi-story, slab vs. crawl space). Call us with the property address and we'll give you a fixed-price quote in under 5 minutes — no obligation. Inspection itself typically takes 2–3 hours and you get a written report with photos within 24 hours.

Fine print: This is a diagnostic service, not a repair — we identify and document conditions, you decide what to act on. If you choose to do repair work with us, the inspection fee credits toward repair labor. Offer valid through 2026-08-08.

Trenchless Pipe Bursting Special
Limited Time

Offer #6

Trenchless Pipe Bursting — Special Pricing

Full sewer line replacement without digging up your yard.

Contact for pricing

Who This Is For

Homes with a failing sewer lateral that's beyond simple repair — collapsed sections, bellied pipes, severe root intrusion through cracks, or chronic backups that camera footage shows are structural, not blockage-based.

What's Included

  • Complete HD camera inspection and lateral mapping
  • Two-pit access excavation (typically 2x2 ft each)
  • Hydraulic pipe-bursting through the existing lateral
  • Installation of new HDPE pipe (50+ year lifespan)
  • Reconnection at the city tap and the house cleanout
  • Pressure test, post-install camera verification
  • All required city permits and inspections

Pipe bursting is the gold-standard trenchless method for replacing a failed sewer lateral — meaning your existing pipe is gone, and a new HDPE (high-density polyethylene) pipe is in its place, without excavating a 60-foot trench through your yard.

The way it works: we dig two small pits, one at the city sewer tap and one near your house cleanout. A hydraulic bursting head is pulled through the existing line. The head fractures the old pipe outward into the surrounding soil while simultaneously pulling a new HDPE pipe into place behind it. The whole job — including final pressure testing and city inspection — is typically a single day.

We can't quote a flat price on this without seeing the line. Lateral length, depth, soil conditions, the type of city tap (sewer main connection), and whether your existing line goes under hardscape (driveways, decks, mature trees) all factor in. Call us and we'll come do a free camera inspection — you'll see exactly what's wrong and we'll give you a fixed-price quote on the spot, valid for 30 days.

Fine print: Pricing depends on lateral length, depth, soil conditions, city permit requirements, and whether the line passes under hardscape. Free camera inspection and on-site quote with no obligation. City permit fees additional. Offer valid through 2026-08-08.

Free Sewer Camera Inspection
Limited Time

Offer #7

Free Sewer Camera Inspection — $250 Value

HD camera inspection of your sewer line, free with any service call.

FREE$250 valueSave $250

Who This Is For

Anyone scheduling a service call with us — whether it's an emergency, a planned repair, or routine maintenance. We'll inspect your main sewer lateral on-site at no charge.

What's Included

  • HD camera scan of your full sewer lateral
  • On-screen review of any findings with the technician
  • Recorded footage emailed to you for your records
  • Written summary of any conditions observed
  • No obligation to schedule additional work

Sewer cameras used to be a separate $200–$300 service. Then we ran the math: when we inspect every line on every visit, we catch root intrusion, scale buildup, and bellied sections before they become emergencies — and our customers stay our customers because they trust the diagnosis. So we made it free with every visit.

Practically: when we come out for any service call (water heater, drain clear, leak repair, new fixture install — anything), we'll run a camera down your main sewer lateral if you want it done. Takes about 15 minutes. You see exactly what's in the line. We email you the footage. There's no pressure to schedule additional work — if everything looks clean, we tell you that and you don't think about your sewer for another five years.

The point of the offer is that we'd rather find your problems on a routine visit than meet you at 2 AM during a backup. About 30% of the cameras we run reveal something the homeowner didn't know about — usually root intrusion in 1950s–1970s clay sewer laterals, which is the dominant pipe material in older South Bay neighborhoods. Catching it at stage 1 saves thousands vs. catching it after a full collapse.

Fine print: Free camera inspection included with any service call. Standalone camera-only appointments (without other service work) priced at $250 unless paired with a quote for trenchless or repair work. Offer valid through 2026-08-08.
