These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mainline No-Dig Trenchless Plumbing website at mainlinetrenchlessplumbing.com (the “Site”) and any communication you initiate with us through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About us

Mainline No-Dig Trenchless Plumbing is a California-licensed plumbing contractor (CSLB License C-36 901735), bonded and insured, serving the South Bay of Los Angeles County.

Information on the Site

We work hard to keep the Site accurate, but content on the Site (including service descriptions, response-time targets, certifications, and pricing information) is provided for general informational purposes only and may change without notice. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or quote. Any work we perform is governed by a separate written estimate or service agreement.

Booking requests and quotes

Submitting our booking form is a request, not a contract. We will follow up to confirm availability, scope, and pricing. Estimates are valid for the time period stated on the estimate and are subject to change once we inspect the actual site conditions.

Emergency dispatch

We target a 60-minute response for emergency calls in our service area, but actual response times depend on traffic, weather, current job load, and other factors outside our control. The Site's response-time language is a goal, not a guarantee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Site or its security
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
• Use any automated tool to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Site without our written permission

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Mainline No-Dig Trenchless Plumbingname, the Property-Friendly Plumber™ mark, the logo, photographs, copy, and page layouts — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites we don't control (for example, Google, Yelp, manufacturer pages). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Warranties for services we actually perform are governed by the written estimate or service agreement for that work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainline No-Dig Trenchless Plumbing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (USD $100).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
